CLC Community Garden

We're growing more than faith. Community Lutheran Church (CLC) is expanding its ministry and has launched a community garden for the congregation and local residents to enjoy. The goal of the community garden is two-fold according to Pastor Marty Jacobson.

“We want to increase the sense of fellowship both within our church and throughout our community, while at the same time giving people a place right here in the middle of RSM to have a garden and grow their own vegetables,” he said.

The 40-foot by 24-foot garden is located adjacent to the church’s reception patio overlooking O’Neil Regional Wilderness Park. It features 14 raised bed containers, each independently tended by a family or community member.
