Facility Usage
We currently have space available for use by outside groups! Call the office at (949) 858-0307 for information about booking your event or ongoing meeting.
Note: Community Lutheran Church facilities may not be used for for-profit activities or partisan political presentations.
No group other than church-related groups may use the facilities for fundraising activities. An organization collecting from its own members to cover the cost of the donation to use the facilities is not considered a fundraising activity.
Groups or individuals hosting non-church related events must:
1) Provide a Certificate of Insurance showing liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000, with “Community Lutheran Church” and “Saddleback Lutheran Children’s Center” named as Additional Insured.
2) Execute the “Facility User Express Waiver of Liability Release and Indemnity Agreement.”
Any caterer or other vendor used must be licensed, insured, and bonded.
